• Extra añejo tequila produced in Arandas, Jalisco, by Gran Dinastía (NOM 1610) • Maestro Tequilero Augustín Camarena • 100% Blue Weber (Agave tequilana) single-estate grown at an elevation of over 7,000 feet • Cooked in volcanic stone ovens • Crushed with roller mill • Fermented with Champagne yeast in open stainless steel tanks • Distilled twice using stainless steel pot stills • Rested 42 months (3.5 years) in ex-tequila casks made of American white oak • Butterscotch and burnt orange peel on the nose give way to wave upon wave of both spicy and soft cinnamon on the palate with a finish of toasted brioche and vanilla custard.
