Production Process:

• Agave Source: Made from 6-8 year mature highland agaves grown at an altitude of 1,700 to 1,800 meters above sea level, ensuring a robust and rich flavor profile.
• Cooking Method: Slow-cooked in autoclaves for 9 and 16 hours to extract the sweet agave flavors without losing its natural complexity.
• Yeast & Water: Fermented with proprietary, natural yeast and local well water, which is purified through reverse osmosis, adding a unique character to the spirit.
• Fermentation: The fermentation process lasts between 72-80 hours, allowing the development of complex aromas and flavors.
• Distillation: Double distilled in stainless steel to retain the integrity of the agave while ensuring a clean, crisp finish.
