This extraordinary Irish Whiskey from That Boutique-y Whisky Co.features a Connemara pony on its distinctive label.

It was aged to perfection over 21 years in a delightful marriage of ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry casks, and possibly rum before bottling at a healthy 45.8% ABV, with no chill filtering.

You may notice some cloudiness if served over ice.

Nose: A cornucopia of fruit: pineapples, peaches and light bananas with hints of white peach and pear, a little vanilla and runny honey.

Palate: Caramelised, candied nuts and light peppery notes. Banana, mango, and guava. Dry spice with a hint of green tea pungency. 

Finish: Elegantly long with toasted oak and undertones of dark chocolate, fig, and baking spices.
