The Barn - Konga Espresso

Sourced from the village of Konga in the Yirgacheffe heartland, this natural process lot is delivered by approximately 400 smallholder farmers to the Sede washing station. Grown at elevations reaching 1900 meters without the use of fertilizers or pesticides, the mixed heirloom cherries mature slowly under dense forest shade. Roasted specifically for espresso, this coffee highlights the classic stone-fruit and citrus profile of the region. Expect a syrupy sweetness reminiscent of apricot jam and peach, balanced by a fresh floral acidity and a refined black tea finish that remains substantive even when paired with milk.
