Rich Cacao First Collection

The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is the first expression in a new limited release series based on sustainability. Continuing the brand’s long-standing partnership with the Roca brothers, it is a collaboration with Jordi Roca to bring new life to the worlds of chocolate and whisky.

Inspired by whisky maker Polly Logan’s visit to Jordi’s famed chocolate factory, Casa Cacao in Girona, this exquisite single malt offers a delightful whisky and chocolate pairing experience.

Macallan Harmony Collection 2021 Crafted from a harmonious combination of European and American oak casks, this rich single malt whisky pairs in perfect harmony with fine chocolates for an elevated tasting experience.

Arabica Second Collection

The Macallan's The Harmony Collection 750ml The Harmony Series The product intense Arabica is incredibly unique. Intense arabica coffee beans served as the inspiration for this single malt. Of all the coffee bean kinds, Arabica beans are among the tastiest and most memorable.

These flavors complement this single malt, offering hints of dark chocolate, tiramisu, sweet oak, and spiced oak. These foods complement the whiskey and produce a lovely match. Espresso is the flavor that we are actually looking for here. Arabic espresso has a flavor profile that is nutty, fruity, tart, and sweet. These flavors are emitted by the whiskey, taking your senses on an unforgettable voyage.

Amber Meadow Third Collection

The third release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate the lush, fertile lands of Scotland that connect all those who have stood upon them for generations.​ This release embraces the re-use of natural materials in its packaging, creating beauty from resources at the end of their natural lives. To mark this deep connection with the land, discarded meadow cuttings have been given new life in this presentation box and bottle labels.

Vibrant Oak Fourth Collection

Crafted in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, The Macallan Harmony Collection's Harmony IV Vibrant Oak is a tribute to our whisky mastery team's use of sherry seasoned oak casks. Carefully selected first fill and refill casks give this spirit its classic vanilla, citrus, and sweet oak notes, resulting in a 44.2% ALC BY VOL. whisky that embodies the essence of American oak.
