The Producer Ensamble (750 ml)

Part of The Producer’s village-focused range, Ensamble is a small-batch mezcal crafted in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. A field blend of multiple agaves, it balances green, spicy notes with citrus brightness, floral lift, earth, and gentle smoke. Traditional methods throughout: agaves roasted in an earthen horno fired with oak, crushed by donkey-pulled stone tahona, fermented in wood for 11–13 days, then double-distilled in copper. Bottled at 40.2% ABV.
