At 50% abv this is our premium bourbon, made for savouring either neat, or on the rocks. Blended from selected barrels of high rye bourbon, aged for a minimum of five and a
half years. The result is surprisingly smooth, full flavoured and has an unbelievably long finish.

NOSE: burnt caramel, soft vanilla, balanced with dried apricot, dark cherry and baking spices
FLAVOUR: Dark caramel sweetness, leads into dried apricot, dark cherry and subtle chocolate, with toasted oak, baking spices
FINISH: The rich mouthfeel coats your tongue, leaving a lingering toffee, dark chocolate, toaste oak and baking spices
