We are currently over 12,000 sq. ft. in our manufacturing and retail facility and growing, building what we believe is the best quality and the widest selection of ulu knives and accessories to be found anywhere. • Ulu style knife made in Alaska with Birch Wood Bowl (7.5 inch) and Handle, Inupiat Blade is 6.25 inches. Cutting board on one side, bowl on the other. Comes with a knife holder/block.
• Versatile kitchen tool perfect for filleting fish, cutting meats, cheeses, vegetables, and pizza.
• Blade is made with the highest quality of American stainless steel available. Single bevel precision ground and honed edge. Computer controlled heat treating. Polished to a mirror finish
• Handle is completed with several finishing operations and is pretreated with oil prior to packaging.
• Rinse with warm soapy water, pat dry, and store in a safe place.
