Built on a 70% corn / 21% rye / 9% malted barley mashbill, distilled in Indiana and aged in the South Georgia heat by Thirteenth Colony Distilleries of Americus, GA, it is bottled uncut and non-chill-filtered straight from the barrel at 120.82 proof. Despite the high proof, it drinks with surprising ease — dark, earthy and honeyed up front with a soft, approachable finish. A big, characterful barrel picked specifically for our shelves.
