Torani Puremade syrups contain no artificial preservatives and no artificial flavours. In the absence of preservatives, the Puremade syrups should be used within 30 days of opening.

To mitigate potential food spoilage since there are no preservatives in the Puremade syrup, we recommend practicing proper safe food handling practices. Below are some best practices:

• If using pumps, use Torani pumps and don't reuse the pumps
• Consume the syrup within 30 days once the bottle has been opened
• Store the syrup between 35-85 degrees without exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources (i.e. espresso machines)
• Keep the syrup in its original packaging (i.e. no rebottling)
