“Pure pleasure” wine! Early ripe, it is dry, well balanced, supple and thirst-quenching. Pinot Blanc excels in a convivial approach to Alsace wines: as an aperitif, during banquets, receptions or light meals. 70% Auxerrois and 30% Pinot Blanc.
