Commercial Description:
Our London Dry gin is distilled in a copper still following the artisan experience of the distillate in Galicia. For the elaboration of our gin we have the best 100% grain alcohols, the best selection of botanicals and the great advantage of having Galician water.
On the nose it is intense and very complex, when you catch an aroma another appears and then another... all marked with a halo of fresh juniper character with subtle notes of citrus and spices.
In the mouth, friendly, fresh and vibrant, with a sparkling tickle on the tip of the tongue, it repeats its aromatic olfactory range and leaves a clean and lasting memory that invites the next drink.
