This isn't your typical Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. There's plenty of acid and plenty of fruit, but this is funky, modern, young, interesting - not your mum's savvy. Sourced from 35-year-old vines in Marlborough's Southern Valleys, this Sauvignon Blanc is hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented with full solids in seasoned French oak. It spends 6 months on its lees, undergoing 100% malo-lactic fermentation, and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result? A vibrant wine with citrus, pear, zesty lemon, lemongrass, and a hint of fennel. It's crisp, zesty, and a unique twist on the classic.
