Mandarina Bavaria is a new, exciting flavor hop variety from the Hallertau. In terms of taste, these hops provide an exotic bouquet and at the same time pleasantly fruity aroma, which is characterized by a tangerine / orange note - mixed with citrus nuances. In the brewing process, the hops are not given in the brewhouse when the wort is boiled, as is usually the case, but only during storage and ripening in the cold area (“cold hopping”).
