Viva Mexico Anejo Tequila

With 6- to 8-year-old agaves from the highlands of Jalisco, slow cooking, fermentation for a minimum period of 120 hours to the relaxing sound of classical music, with double distillation in a copper still.

Aged an average of 4 months in American oak barrels.

COLOR
In the glass you can see a wheat yellow color, with a robust body.

NOSE
It is composed of highly variable aromatic notes on the nose, from fruity notes such as pineapple, cherry and peach, some touches of rosemary and olive while maintaining the citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, to the vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and natural walnut provided by the barrel.

TASTE
It confirms the preserved fruits of pineapple and cherry, with barrel-aged notes of caramel, walnut, vanilla, and a light chocolate note. A smooth tequila with a balanced sweetness, a hint of anise, and a long finish.
