Walker's Cay Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Handcrafted in small batches in Owensboro, Kentucky. As a nod to our family's brewing heritage, Walker's Cay Bourbon is aged in new Missouri oak barrels and finished on sherry cask staves for a rich and balanced taste, with warm vanilla and sweet caramel undertones.

AROMA: Balanced notes of chocolate, fig, toasted oak, & vanilla
TASTE: Complex and delicious with flavors of toasted oak, grain, fig, vanilla, & a hint of pepper
FINISH: Warm, smooth, and pleasing with toasted oak, chocolate, fig & ends with subtle spice

MASH BILL: 70% Kentucky Corn, 21% Winter Rye, and 9% Malted Barley.

 Distilled to 140° at 138 proof.

To be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in a cocktail.
