WhistlePig The Boss Hog IX Siren's Song Whiskey (750 ml)

WhistlePig's Boss Hog Siren's Song is a single barrel, bottled at proof rye. It has amazing aromas from its two original finishes. A straight rye whiskey finished in barrels seasoned with fig nectar and scratch Tentura. Both are crafted at the WhistlePig farm using local and Greek ingredients.  A nose of Orange blossom followed by floral notes, dried fruit & a hint of brown sugar. Palate of cinnamon and clove fading into black cherry and a jammy fig and rye spice finish.
