White Wine Finca Nueva 750ml

Finca Nueva Viura White Wine is yellow gold in color with creamy aromas that are intertwined beautifully with notes of exotic fruit, including pineapple and passionfruit. Containing notes of custard and freshly toasted bread on the palate, this wine has well-integrated acidity and an incredibly pleasant finish. This Spanish white wine received 91 points from James Suckling in 2020. The organically fertilized and sustainably farmed vineyards are located north of Madrid in Rioja Alta, Spain. During harvest, grapes are hand-picked and, upon arrival to the winery, destemmed and then softly pressed using a vertical “basket” press. Free-run juice is statically racked over 48 hours and the wine is then fermented in barrel at 65°F, over 25 days, and aged for an additional 4 months in French oak barrels with a regular stirring of the lees. Each vintage of Finca Nueva’s barrel fermented white is bottled with a soft filtration without clarification. Viura white wine pairs well with savory dishes such as roast meats, frittatas, white pizzas and seafood pasta. One 750mL bottle of Finca Nueva Viura White Wine has 13.9% alcohol by volume.
