Created from a high rye mash bill of 58% corn, 37% rye, and 5% malted barley, Wiggly Bridge Small Barrel Bourbon rests for a minimum of 2.5 years in 30 gallons new, charred American white oak barrels. A sweetness on the front gives way to a cinnamon spice on the back end, resulting in a well-balanced spirit with notes of honey, clove, and dried fruit. Winner of multiple awards and medals.
