Lambert Willett, joined the craft at a young age, and years later, they established the Willett Distilling Company in Bardstown, Kentucky. Although it now operates under the name Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, the family's dedication to quality bourbon remains unchanged. Willett Pot Still Reserve, a single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, is meticulously aged for eight to ten years, resulting in a flavor profile that has garnered multiple awards, including a Gold Medal at the 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
