This is the ideal pad compound for Wilwood bolt-on brake kits for autocross, track events, heavier weight high-speed drag cars, and some trucks and SUVs. This pad compound is also great for intermediate-level dirt track use on limited tire, open wheel modifieds, and all types of hobby class racing. Wilwood BP-28 SmartPads provide smooth and predictable pedal feel with initial engagement and linear response through the entire temperature range. These brake pads are now available in the pad plates used with most Wilwood big brake kit calipers and other caliper brands using common pad plate shapes.
