Wolfburn The Last Keeper 10 Year Old is a limited-edition single malt crafted in partnership with the documentary film The Last Keeper, which honours Scotland’s rural keepers and supports the Shepherds of Wildlife Society and the Gamekeepers Welfare Trust. Fully matured for a decade in hand-selected second-fill Oloroso sherry casks, it offers soft sherry sweetness on the nose with figs, raisins, vanilla and oak. The palate is bold and sumptuous, with layers of chocolate, dark fruits, caramel and gentle spice, while the silky finish lingers with dried fruit and caramel. Non-chill filtered and natural in colour, this release is both a milestone and a tribute.
