Wolves Spring Run Batch 3 Rye Whiskey (750 ml)

Spring Run Batch Three is distilled from stout beer that is 10 years old, resting in ex-Chardonnay French Oak. The 7 year old Pilsner whiskey rests in American oak. The rye is also 7 years old, and rests in American oak. The 10 barrels of craft beer whiskeys were distilled over a 10 day period by a generational artisan in an alembic pot still that was imported from Cognac, France in 1983. 

This is the highest Pilsner content blend to date, coming in at 59% of the 105 proof blend. The whiskey is rich and designed for the seasoned palate. 

Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: Green apples, honey, lemon, black cherry, dark chocolate
• Palate: Hops, molasses, baking spices, citrus, milk chocolate
• FInish: Medium-warm body, rising spice, stone fruit
