Baratza Vario+ Coffee Grinder

The Vario grinds optimal beans for a full range of brewing methods, handling fine to coarse grounds with across-the-board consistency. With a simple digital display, it offers manual operation as well as three programmable time settings. Set the macro slider, then fine-tune the micro slide to dial it in for a difference you can taste.

Its long-lasting 54 mm ceramic flat burrs keep the coffee cool and stay sharp twice as long as metal blades, and make exquisitely fine espresso grounds. Minimal grounds are left in the grinder to keep your coffee fresh. In one second, you can enjoy 1.6 grams of espresso grounds, or 2.2 grams of French press grounds.

Just adjust the solid metal holder to grind directly into your portafilter, or use the included grounds bin for large quantities or pour-over methods. You will never need to scoop-measure grinds into your coffee maker again, thanks to the Vario’s precise grind-on-demand system. The DC motor gives it high torque with a slow turning rate for powerful yet incredibly quiet operation for the late risers in your household.
