Sourced from Starscape Vineyard bordering Ritchie Vineyard, this Pinot displays power and drive, framed by refined tannins and layered with rich aromas of brown baking spices, earth, black truffle, and roasted espresso bean. Pure, tart cranberry and raspberry fruit are complemented by Mexican mocha notes, with toasted fennel, coriander, and cumin adding depth to this spicy, medium-bodied, juicy, and delectable Pinot—such a great wine for pairing with savoury-spiced, aromatic meat or fish dishes.
