Light-bodied and bone-dry, this wine is unfiltered and unclarified, leaving it as hazy as a snow globe in a blizzard. Straw-yellow with greenish hues, it shows fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of flowers and fresh fruit, alongside notes of citrus, yeast and baked bread. The lees settled at the bottom of the bottle add softness, texture and longevity, and can be gently shaken back into the wine to bring out richer, buttery-spiced flavours.
