Founder Don Poffenroth created Dry Fly Distilling out of a passion for fly-fishing and the Pacific Northwest, building a true farm-to-bottle operation using local ingredients from sustainable Washington farms. The 100% soft white wheat mashbill produces a soft, gentle, bready whiskey character distinct from corn- or rye-based American whiskeys.
