Foursquare Epilogue marks the final chapter of the acclaimed Exceptional Cask Selection, representing the oldest release ever produced in the series. Personally selected by legendary Master Distiller Richard Seale, this extraordinary 19-year-old Barbados rum serves as both a celebration of Foursquare's rum-making legacy and the conclusion of one of the most respected limited-edition rum collections in the world.

Crafted from a blend of pot and column still rums distilled from molasses, Epilogue is produced using Foursquare's traditional double-retort copper pot still and twin Coffey column still. The rum was matured entirely in Barbados for 19 years in ex-bourbon barrels, allowing the tropical climate to create exceptional depth, concentration, and complexity. As with all Foursquare releases, it contains no added sugar, coloring, or additives and is bottled non-chill-filtered at a robust 114 proof (57% ABV).

Tasting Notes

Nose & Palate: Luxurious layers of grapefruit zest, caramelized orange, rich toffee, nougat, butterscotch, and brown butter unfold across the palate. Beneath the sweetness lies a sophisticated backbone of leather, tobacco, oak spice, and ripe tropical fruit.

Finish: Long, warming, and richly textured with lingering notes of citrus, confectionery sweetness, and mature oak.
