Foursquare Single Blended Rum 2005

Hailed as the Pappy of Rum (based on the cult following of the now impossible-to-get Pappy Van Winkle bourbon), the Exceptional Cask Selections from Fouresquare Rum in Barbados have garnered a well-deserved cult following. This expression is aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels, but is much lighter and more direct than the similarly-aged 2007. It showcases the classic profile of vanilla and dried fruits these rums are prized for, with a bare hint of smoke and more spice from its higher ABV.
