Tasting Notes: Explosive with floral, pear and peach notes, almost tropical. Fresh and mineral, perfectly balanced with a savory finish, typical of wines deriving from the sandy soils of the Roero area.
Pairing: Ideal with seafood, fried mullet or vegetable soup.
