Commercial Description: 

Fantôme Del Rey was first brewed together with legendary Belgian brewer Dany Prignon inside the fabled walls of Brasserie Fantôme in Soy Belgium in 2014 from a recipe that Dany and Jester King Head Brewer Garrett Crowell had developed together. Now it is taken root at Jester King, transforming the recipe through extended fermentation and partial barrel aging with our own unique mixed culture of brewer's yeast, native yeast, and souring bacteria.

Ingredients: Hill Country Well Water, Malted Barley, Dark Candi Syrup, Truffle Honey, Hops, Coriander, Black Peppercorn, Mixed Culture of Brewers Yeast, and Native Yeast and Bacteria. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% bottle-conditioned.
