Nariño

This region, located in the southwest of Colombia, fascinating because of its topographyand proximity to the Equator. Produces a relatively constant number of hours of sunlight throughout the year, making coffee from Narino unique. In cold areas, the planet grows slowly and processes more sugars and acids that translate into a smooth, sweet coffee.

Narino is a mountainous region with deep chasms; its cold temperatures make coffee grow more slowly and, as a result, lead to an exquisite mildness.

MILD COFFEE
Mild coffees are characterized for having a pronounced aroma, with higher acidity and low body. Their beans have a roasting point between medium and light.

Tasting Notes: smooth and naturally sweet with pronounced aroma, bright high-altitude acidity, and a light, delicate body — Nariño's slow-grown beans process more sugars for an exquisitely mild cup. Light-medium roast. Best as pour-over to showcase the origin.
