Winemaker Notes:

It comes from our La Florita vineyard located in El Peral, Tupungato Department. This varietal, in addition to its typical and characteristic color, also provides a distinct fruit balance with good acidity, allowing us to complete the production of 100% of the varietal.

Manual harvest, plus selection of grains and bunches. 100% destemmed, pressed from pomace and sent to a stainless steel tank. Cold maceration for 24 hours for subsequent traditional fermentation. Racking to 500-liter barrels where we conclude with malolactic fermentation. 12 months stay in 500-liter French oak barrels of second and third use.
