Tenuta Lamborghini is a 380-hectare estate on the shores of Lake Trasimeno in Umbria, established in the 1970s. The sparkling rosè uses local Umbrian red varietals and is produced using the same labor-intensive in-bottle secondary fermentation as Champagne — distinguishing it from the Charmat tank method used for Prosecco.
