The Portsmouth Distillery sits in the heart of Fort Cumberland, a beautiful 18th century bastion on the south eastern tip of Portsea Island which is surrounded by the sea and centuries of naval history.

Forum is a deliciously refined spirit with a base of sugar cane from Costa Rica.

The lovely chaps at The Portsmouth Distillery carefully distil it twice with selected hand picked botanicals which include: Elderflower, gorse flower, sweet orange peel, coriander and fresh lime peel - five botanicals to represent the pentagon fort.
