Xcelsius Temperature Profiling

This version is equipped with revolutionary Xcelsius technology featuring dynamic water temperature management during the 25/30 seconds of brewing to enhance the properties of each coffee blend or single origin coffee.

Steam Solutions

C-lever (Rancilio Patent – optional) has a special ergonomically designed control knob with open-stay and open-close functions.

iSteam (Rancilio Patent – optional) is fully automatic. It has two selection keys: the “Cappuccino” program that heats and textures the milk and the “Latte” program which only heats.

YouSteam (optional) has two brewing options: the first heats and the second heats and textures the milk.

Cool Touch (optional) is thermally insulated thanks to a double protective coating making it possible to avoid the risk of any accidental contact given the high operating temperatures.

Cleaning

The Easy Clean function is a completely automated smart system for cleaning the brewing units. The LED light on the keypad guides the machine user through routine maintenance operations.

The upper control panel is made from scratch-resistant polymer that frames the touch panel enabling the barista to select the keys with ease by resting a hand on the floating panel.

The remote telemetry system quickly and accurately monitors the hourly consumption of coffee, hot water and steam and if necessary, modifies the operating parameters without onsite intervention.

The insulated boiler delivers energy saving in the order of 20% in stand-by mode. The Advanced Boiler Management system (ABM.07) guarantees high thermal stability when coffee is being brewed while water and steam are being used. Independent brewing units achieve significant energy savings thanks to the Xcelsius system.
