Ripe black cherries, dark plums, mocha and a hint of toasted almonds on the nose. Medium- to full-bodied and quite tight, yet smooth in texture. Polished finish with hints of cocoa and subtle spice.

Winemaker Notes

This Merlot captivates with its beautiful ruby hue and inviting aromatics. Lush notes of black raspberry, red cherries, and currants are elegantly layered with hints of warm baking spice, cigar box, and rich mocha. On the palate, a smooth, medium-bodied texture is perfectly balanced by bright acidity and fine, silky tannins. Flavors of juicy red cherries and blackberries mingle with subtle touches of sage, mocha, and graphite, creating a beautifully complex and refined experience.
