Keith Law, Annandale Distillery's master blender, and owner, Professor David Thomson, have created this Premium Blended Scotch Whisky, featuring a carefully chosen selection of their award-winning Single Cask, Single Malt Whiskies.
These included various vintages and spirit types from a range of Fresh and Refill ex-Bourbon, and ex-Burgundy STR casks. The blend itself was personally selected by James Cosmo.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: light gold.
Nose: creamy toffee and caramel leading into vanilla and black pepper. Tiny hint of peat smoke lingering lightly at the back.
Palate: Fruity notes, including pear drops, gives way to luscious tones of apricot yoghurt, creamy vanilla and a gentle hint of peat.
