The Dalmore Cask Curation Series Sherry Edition is the inaugural release of a four-year annual limited programme — limited to just 150 sets, each showcasing three aged whiskies finished in rare casks from the esteemed González Byass sherry bodega, celebrating The Dalmore’s century-long partnership with González Byass, under the meticulous guidance of Master Whisky Makers Gregg Glass and Richard Paterson OBE.

Every November, The Dalmore’s expert whisky makers assess the ageing casks in the distillery’s historic Alness warehouses. For the inaugural Cask Curation Sherry Edition, Gregg Glass and Richard Paterson OBE handpicked three exceptional whiskies each finished in rare casks from the esteemed González Byass Sherry bodega in Jerez — previously used in the sherry Solera system. The hand-crafted presentation box was made in Florence by Italian luggage makers AB Florence, featuring sherry-red Saffiano leather and chrome fittings, serving as both a carry case and display case.
