The Macallan 25 Year Anniversary Sherry Cask is the expression against which all other sherry-matured Scotch single malts are measured. Produced exclusively in sherry-seasoned Oloroso and Fino casks, the 25 Year presents the full depth of what extended sherry oak maturation can produce: natural colour derived entirely from the wood, dried fruit and Christmas cake richness from the sherry influence, and the weight and structure that 25 years of Speyside maturation in premium oak delivers.
