Wheel Horse Barrel Master Select 5yr Barrel Proof Bourbon

Barrel Master Select Bourbon is a small batch (batch numbered), barrel proof whiskey that is crafted from barrels that are hand-selected by Wheel Horse's Barrel Master, Stephen Corrigan. Barrels used in the batch are a minimum of 5 years. The bourbon is sourced from Green River Distilling and uses Green River’s standard mashbill: 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley.

On the nose, aromas of cherry, mocha, and warm spice fill the glass. The palate delivers decadent notes of toffee, vanilla, and café au lait, before unfolding into a warm, lingering finish of toasted walnut, burnt sugar, and Black Forest cake.
