Key Design Innovations

Ergonomic Side-Manway Cleanout
The CB1 features an integrated, rectangular side-manway door. Instead of lifting heavy, dripping bags up and out of the vessel, operators simply open the front door and easily slide or rake spent coffee grounds out horizontally into a waste bin.

Progressive Dual-Stage Filtration
Achieve unmatched clarity without the need for expensive secondary paper filters. The CB1 utilizes a stacked filtration system featuring a Fine mesh bag nested inside an X-Fine mesh bag.

• Heavy-Duty Drawstrings: Both commercial-grade bags feature rugged drawstrings that cinch tightly around the rim of the kettle, keeping them securely locked in place during the steep.

• The Slotted False Bottom Advantage: As seen in the cross-section view, the nested bags rest completely flat on a heavy-gauge, slotted stainless steel false bottom. This structural support keeps the fabric elevated above the true dished bottom, preventing the weight of the coffee grounds from plugging the drain hole and ensuring an unrestricted, rapid extract flow.
